All project week plans and contact information needs to be in the database by this Monday, Feb. 13th.  Below is some important information: 

If you are doing a project

1. Please let the student leaders of the project know that you are committed to their project – there have been a lot of maybes and now that we are getting closer to the deadline the leaders need to know who is in their group to work out the appropriate contact information before Monday – so please do this ASAP!


2. Once you have committed to a project make sure you have the appropriate contact information to put into the database by Feb. 13^th


3. Host families are on a first come first serve basis – if you are late inputting your information into the database system you may not get a host family 


4. If you are planning on leaving BC please talk to Susan about health insurance and talk to Libby to make sure you have the appropriate documentation

If you are not doing a project (for second years only)

1. All contact information needs to be inputted into the database system by Feb. 13^th – host families are on a first come first serve basis – if you are late inputting your information into the database system you may not get a host family


2. You should clear all projects with your advisor before you make any major decisions (such as any travel outside of Victoria etc.) – like official projects please keep your week under the $400 limit and be conscious of sustainability practices.


3. If you are planning on leaving BC please talk to Susan about health insurance and talk to Libby to make sure you have the appropriate documentation
